Roger Delagrange, one of the originators of the "Villa Concept" in Allen County, brings well over 30 years of home building and developing expertise to the GRD Villa Group. Roger's home building history dates back to the early "70's" when he went to work for his Uncle Delbert.  Delbert taught Roger, from the ground up, that hard work and honesty would pay off.  In 1976, Delbert started Roger and his brothers in their own building company from which Roger began his development career.  Roger's dedication and commitment to quality and service to the home buying public is a tribute to his uncle's tutelage.

Roger had to start in the field so he could learn exactly what went into home building.   Delbert stressed hard work, high building standards, and honesty as the only way to run a company.   Roger carries that tradition on today with GRD Group, Inc.  He learned from Delbert to have patience and the willingness to change things.  Roger knows that the only way to get repeat business is to give the customers what they expect and take care of them after they move in.  
 
GRD Group uses only the best materials & skilled craftsman to ensure a quality product. Our relationship with our sub-contractors is very good. As a result, we are able to use virtually the same sub-contractors on every villa we build, to ensure the highest quality product. Roger is a good standing members of the Fort Wayne Home Builders Association, the Better Business Bureau and has received numerous awards for his home building in the Parade of Homes and Street of Dreams.
